A compound of 4 contemporary villas with a total built area of 1,500 m². An ensemble designed as a coherent composition — each villa with its own privacy while participating in a shared architectural identity.
The project organises four individual villas around landscaped communal exterior spaces. Each unit has a private pool and terraces oriented to preserve privacy from neighbours. The aerial view reveals the compositional logic of the project: the flat roofs create a coherent mineral landscape, punctuated by vegetation and pools.
Each villa's programme was treated individually while maintaining an overall coherence — same material palette, same architectural vocabulary, same facade proportions. This formal discipline is what gives the compound its unity and visual strength.
The ensemble functions as a self-contained residential micro-neighbourhood with its own identity and organisation. A project demonstrating that residential density and architectural quality can be reconciled in the contemporary Marrakech context.
