The ground floor is organised around a double-height living area that structures the entire plan. The planted central courtyard brings natural light and coolness to the heart of the house — a spatial device inherited from traditional Moroccan architecture, reinterpreted in a resolutely contemporary vocabulary. Kitchen, dining and living rooms flow in continuity, all opening onto the infinity pool and jacuzzi.
The basement level accommodates a complete leisure programme — home cinema, gym, planted internal courtyard — conceived as a genuine living level in its own right rather than a technical space. The facade combines light stone, natural timber in vertical slats and large black-framed glazed openings — a refined composition that plays on solids and voids, cast shadows and evening light. The landscaping, with palm trees and Mediterranean planting, extends the architecture to the boundaries of the plot.
