Villa Agr Ali

The project makes the most of the plot to create a fluid spatial sequence — from the covered entrance through to the open living spaces looking out onto the exterior. The ground floor revolves around a generous living area extending onto a terrace and pool, with orientation carefully studied to benefit from the golf course microclimate.

The facade combines smooth mineral render with natural timber cladding on the projecting volumes, creating a play of materials and shadows that gives the house a distinctive character at every hour of the day. Dark-framed glazing and full-height openings reinforce the visual continuity between interior and garden.

The project was designed to integrate harmoniously within the golf resort environment while asserting a strong contemporary architectural identity — sober, precise, and perfectly adapted to the lifestyle of its occupants.
