A contemporary villa of 700 m² built on a 3,200 m² plot at Argane Golf Resort, Chrifia. The exceptional scale of the plot allowed an ambitious programme to unfold around generous exterior spaces.
The architectural parti rests on a composition of strong volumes — anthracite composite cladding structured by natural timber inserts and matt black lacquered steel frames. This palette of materials creates a facade in tension between mineral and warm tones, the signature of a contemporary architecture rooted in its environment.
The interior organisation articulates around a main axis connecting the entrance to the infinity pool. Living spaces flow as an open plan at ground level, entirely open onto terraces and garden. The upper floor accommodates the suites, each with views over the golf course.
The generous plot allowed a true landscape to be designed around the villa — structured gardens, mineral pathways, reflection pools — making the whole a coherent architectural and landscape composition.
