A contemporary villa on a 600 m² plot at Les Jardins de l'Atlas, Route d'Ourika. A project that fully capitalises on its setting — Atlas Mountain views, generous light, dense vegetation.
The programme is organised around a cantilevered flat roof that structures the entire composition. Full-height sliding doors dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, creating a seamless continuity between the living room, covered terrace and mirror pool at ground level.
The siting was studied to maximise views towards the Atlas while preserving privacy from neighbouring plots. The bedrooms on the upper floor each benefit from a carefully chosen orientation to take advantage of the mountain landscape.
The finishes are treated with care throughout: flush skirting, millimetre joints, folded metal frames. Every detail was drawn and transmitted to contractors as construction drawings — a guarantee of total coherence between the design and the delivered project.
