A high-standing residential building of 2,400 m² in Quartier Bouakaz. A contemporary residential programme, designed to integrate into a rapidly evolving urban fabric while offering superior quality of use.
The project responds to a dual requirement: asserting an architectural presence in the neighbourhood while providing residents with generous, well-oriented and well-ventilated apartments. The facade — mineral treatment rhythmed by timber louvres and continuous balconies — gives the building a legible and coherent identity.
The apartments are distributed around generous vertical circulation. Each dwelling benefits from a dual aspect, with living spaces open to the exterior and bedrooms properly insulated from nuisance. Continuous loggias allow natural ventilation and provide private exterior space for each apartment.
The commercial ground floor activates the building's street level and contributes to the life of the neighbourhood. This programmatic choice, combined with careful treatment of the base and entrances, anchors the residence in its urban environment.
