Are there restrictions on what you can build at Atlas Golf Resort?

Yes. The subdivision rules at Atlas Golf Resort specify minimum recesses from boundaries, maximum heights and some facade material guidelines. AE Architectes is familiar with these rules and designs within them from the outset — avoiding the costly redesigns that come from ignoring them.

Can I rent out my villa at the golf resort?

Yes. Seasonal villa rental is permitted and well-established at both sites. Atlas Golf Resort has a more developed rental market due to its longer history. Both sites attract European holiday rental clients, particularly during the October to April season.
